HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues - Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring - Test HVAC systems for proper functioning - Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties - Keep accurate records of work performed Skills: - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Experience as a service technician or similar role - Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues - Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment repair - Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems related to HVAC installations - Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus Note: This job requires a valid driver's license as the technician may need to drive a company van to different job sites.
Occasional travel required.
