Door 2 Door Marketer

Looking for a flexible job where you can get paid to walk? We are a small lawncare company growing quickly! We currently have 2 locations but are growing rapidly and looking to set up a 3rd location in 2025.
You will be tasked with walking specified neighborhoods and putting door flyers on potential customers front doors.
You will need to be able to walk anywhere from 8-12 miles a day.
You WILL NOT be required to talk to anyone.
We typically put on a podcast or listen to music while hanging door hangers.
The ideal candidate would be able to work from 8am-2pm Monday - Friday however you can set your own schedule, we are very flexible.
You will be required to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to rain and extreme heat.
You will be moving at a fast pace and working up a sweat! We are currently hiring for our Norman location however we would ideally like to find a few people that would be interested in working at our Moore location too.
*This position is commission only.
You will get paid $50 when a customer schedules service from the flyer you left on their door.
* How it works is: 1.
) You will be given a stack of door hangers at the beginning of your shift and you will write your name on them.
You will hang these up during your shift.
2.
) The customer will then email our office with a picture of the door hanger and your name on the flyer 3.
) We will schedule the customers lawn mowing service and we will track that lead under your account.

) Your total scheduled services will be paid out on a bi weekly basis at $50/ scheduled job.
We have been seeing our door hangers get 1-3 customers / shift however it all depends on how many door hangers you can put out during your shift.
The faster you put up door hangers, the more you have the opportunity to make.
