This lead team member is responsible for assisting customers with their printing and ad specialty needs and overseeing a team with administrative support and planning for the department.
This includes answering inquiries about print products and services, providing quotes, processing orders, and resolving customer concerns.
They should have excellent communication skills to work with customers while overseeing the CSR team.
They are able to work collaboratively with other team members, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize their workload to meet customer needs.
They are detailoriented, organized, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This position will also be responsible for marketing and sales including coordination and planning and execution of program hosted events and programs.
This position will be responsible for records maintenance to include but not limited to inventory, personnel and office files.
As supervisor this position will assign trainings, run reports, assist with implementing policies and ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:
36 months experience in an administrative role
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months customer service or printing experience in lieu of the BS Degree for a total of 72 months related experience.
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are key
Ability to work as a team member
Ability to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
Ability to multitask, be organized, and selfmotivated
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Basic math skills
Working knowledge of office procedures
Working knowledge of accounting processes
Ability to use a computer and calculator

Departmental Preferences:
The position plans and coordinates special projects as requested by the University community.
Customer communication and customer service skills are key.
Marketing for printing and mailing as assigned.
Knowledge of HSC and Tulsa campus customers is a plus.
