00/per hour, along with monthly performance-based incentives for achieving established production tiers * Comprehensive health benefits package * Over 3 weeks of paid time off accrued during the first year * Paid time off to volunteer * Tuition reimbursement and professional designation programs * 401(K) plan with company match * Complimentary AAA Premier level membership *The primary duties of a Travel Agent are**:* * Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, air travel, car and hotel * Educate our clients on preferred travel products and services offered by the Agency * Successfully meet or exceed goals through relationship development with our members as well as growing your client base through new business referrals * Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the travel experience such as the AAA Travel Advantage Visa Credit Card * Prepare and process relevant travel documents and invoices in an organized and efficient manner.
* Comply with and remain educated on current Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) regulations and AAA Club Alliance policies and procedures *Minimum Qualifications**:* * A high school diploma or equivalent (a graduate of an accredited travel school preferred) * Minimum of 2 years sales experience required; Travel Industry and/or personal travel experience preferred * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs * Knowledge of Geography and current world events Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
