Awesome neighborhood!
Space is a sizable bedroom, landing area, living room, and laundry (shared) in-unit.
Includes a mini-fridge for use.
Kitchen can be used/shared, though most tenants over the years have gone the hot pot / fridge route and are busy folks who eat out, etc.
So, depends on what you're looking for.
It's a good spot.
Has some solid light for a basement.
Private entrance through the garage and some storage in the attic.
All utils are included (DirecTV, fast internet, etc.
).
No pets.
Single renters only -- no couples or family units, sorry.
Non-smoking.
I'm pretty chill.
52, male, girlfriend over a few days a week.
Two dogs (small, can bark a little but friendly/cute).
Work a lot, from home, music industry.
Prefer some who does not, but negotiable.
Past the party years, pretty much, so if you wanna make noise, not a good fit.
Mostly just a chill, respectful space and average tenant lasts more than a year, sometimes 3 or 4.
6 month lease, month to month after that.
Half month's deposit plus first and last (somewhat negotiable).
