Let me start off by stating what I am looking for from a woman who wants a life long place to live at.
First, she will need to be submissive.
If you smoke, vape, or use Marijuana at all then please do not waste your time or mine.
Next, you must not be married at all.
If you have been then that is okay.
I have been married once before also.
You also must be single and with no kids or pets that live with you.
I have three little dogs and one of them is very picky who lives with her so she will have to get to know you.

Now, you and I will need to get to know one another before you even move in.

Texting is what I am able to do more of though.
And the reason for this is that once you move in we will be
living just like a married couple.
Sharing the same bed, being intimate with one another and so forth.
If you are not able to hold a conversation then tell me now.
Or if you are too busy to text then tell me that also.
I do sometimes get busy at work and it can be hard to text.

Now, for me, I am very blunt and to the point.

I am also a jack of all trades too.
I do live out in the country and town is about 25 minutes away.
