RN Manager of Med-Surg

Up to 20,000 Sign On Bonus based on experience.
NO CONTRACT Overview: This leadership positon is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities of the Medical Surgical Department.
The person selected for this role, will have carry out the duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, vision, values and Mercy Service Standards.
Incentives: Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for select departments Relocation Assistance up to $7,000 per policy with a 12 month agreement for select departments.

Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.
) within required time frame.
