*Chickasha Branch Location in Chickasha Oklahoma * Hours Monday – Friday and Approx.
One Saturday a month, half day.
*Pay Range is $40k to $55k depending on experience.
* *Role:* The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and service targets.
Directly work with members to uncover and satisfy their financial needs.
Ensure the operational excellence of the branch by maintaining the highest level of member service in meeting member needs.
Cross-sell products and services to members and manage overall aspects of running an efficient and productive branch.
Create new business, business development through outbound calling and visits in the surrounding market of the branch.
*Expectations: * 1.
To develop and maintain business partner relationships within the community and area schools and coordinating branch participation in community activities.
2.
To meet or exceed the minimum of the established incentive goals.
3.
To develop recommendations for cost efficiencies and enhancements to products, pricing, and processes by monitoring trends in operations and deposit services for specific branch markets.
4.
To respond to all telephone messages as soon as possible and return all calls by end of day.
5.
To maintain a professional work environment and businesslike appearance.
6.
To maintain an excellent knowledge of financial services offered by the credit union and be knowledgeable of services offered by competitors in the branch market.
7.
To maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.
*Knowledge and Skills: * *Experience:* Two years to five years of similar or related experience.
Previous Financial Institution, Business Development and/or general knowledge of Member Service and Loan Function is a plus.
Education: A high school education or GED.
I*nterpersonal Skills:* A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
Work requires motivating or influencing others and communicating branch goals and objectives as well as overall credit union goals and objectives.
Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy, trust, and leadership skills.
Obtaining cooperation and establishing strong management techniques to produce positive results.
*Other Skills:* Candidates must have an established history of successfully leading a team of sales professionals in a financial institution or retail sales environment.
This position requires a minimum of 2-5 years of financial services experience.
Strong sales, analytical, leadership and coaching skills are required.
Candidates must have the ability to generate significant branch revenue/business development, provide exceptional member service, maximize sales opportunities, and increase member retention.
Continually improve banking center performance, operational excellence, and associate proficiency.
Delight customers and exceed satisfaction goals.
Create workforce stability by cultivating an engaged, spirited and well coached team.
Drive sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours and regular, reliable attendance is critical.
