Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly + bonuses Responsibilities: Manage and keep track of all legal calendar deadlines and case milestones for the firm in Purcell, OK, US Efficiently organize and prioritize legal appointments, court appearances, and tasks for smooth operations Handle client communications via phone and email promptly, ensuring timely responses Accurately maintain client records in the firm’s case management system Diligently monitor legal fees, budgets, and project status Take the lead in setting up, organizing files, and managing client case files effectively Coordinate consultations, meetings, and events with precision Clearly summarize case information and files for internal and client communication purposes Assist in drafting letters, reports, and documents based on provided templates Prepare legal documents accurately for meetings, depositions, and hearings Conduct thorough legal research and assist in cite-checking for attorneys Investigate and analyze case issues comprehensively Provide assistance in all phases of case preparation, including discovery and trial Prepare trial binders and coordinate trial exhibits efficiently Maintain consistent updates on case status for the attorney and legal team Proactively communicate with clients regarding case status Coordinate promptly with courts, couriers, and litigation support vendors Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels and backgrounds Qualifications: Previous experience working as a Family Law Paralegal is a must Prior work experience in a law firm as a paralegal or legal assistant is required Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is essential Must be adept at learning and utilizing new technology and software tools efficiently Strong written communication skills characterized by consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism are vital Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and proactive approach are necessary Strong organizational skills, including the ability to follow existing procedures or create new ones, are required Patience and consistency in upholding established standards and guidelines are essential Ability to investigate information with empathy and positivity is key Problem-solving skills with a positive and solution-focused mindset are highly valued Excellent time management and task prioritization skills are crucial Must be self-driven and able to work independently without constant supervision Skilled at accurately following workflows and instructions Proficient in multitasking and adapting quickly to changing priorities Exceptional team player willing to contribute in any capacity needed Enjoys assisting others in finding clear paths to the future Desire to be an integral part of a successful team is highly valued About Company We are a Divorce and Family law firm in Purcell, Oklahoma leveling the playing field for hardworking men dealing with divorce and custody disputes.
