The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in family law and a strong track record of handling complex cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division matters.

$65,000 - $70,000 yearly plus bonuses DOE
Compensation:
$65,000 - $70,000 yearly DOE + bonuses
Responsibilities:
Communicate and engage with clients during interactions and conferences
Oversee cases from initiation to resolution
Employ strategic thinking to advocate on behalf of clients
Draft pleadings, memos, discovery requests, and correspondence
Manage all litigation matters, including hearings and trials
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Analyze, devise, and execute successful strategies for clients
Conduct legal research
Provide training to staff as required
Qualifications:
Possesses a Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar association
Demonstrates at least three years of experience practicing family law
Intimately knowledgeable of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures
Displays exceptional skills in research, analysis, and negotiation techniques
Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Maintains composure effectively in high-pressure scenarios
Exhibits a client-centered approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in Purcell, OK, US
Stays updated with modern technology trends or is open to learning new technologies
Possesses clear and effective communication skills
Capable of meeting the necessary billable hours in the Purcell, OK, US region
