We are seeking an experienced Family Law Lawyer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and a strong track record of handling complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division matters.

$65,000 - $70,000 yearly plus bonuses depending on experience
Compensation:
$65,000 - $70,000 yearly DOE + bonuses
Responsibilities:
Facilitates client interactions and conferences
Manages cases from commence to conclusion
Strategic thinking to advocate for clients
Creating pleadings, memos, requests for discovery, and letters
Managing all litigation related matters, hearings, and trials
Timely completion of all assigned tasks
Analyzing, developing, and implementing successful strategies for clients
Performing legal research
Training personnel as needed
Qualifications:
Possesses a Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar association
Demonstrates at least 3 years of experience practicing family law
Intimately knowledgeable of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures
Gifted in research, analysis, and negotiation
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
Has a client-centered attitude and is devoted to delivering quality legal service
Up to date with modern technology or willing to learn
Clear communicator
Able to meet the required billable hours
