Position Title: Assistant District Attorney
Location: Grady and Caddo County District Attorney’s Office, District #06
Status: Full time – Exempt
Salary: Dependent on qualifications and experience
Position Summary:
The District Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Prosecutorial District is seeking resumes for the position of Assistant District Attorney.
The position is located in the Northern portion of the district, which includes Grady and Caddo Counties.
The position offers health, life, and other insurance benefits, paid holidays, annual leave, and the opportunity to help victims of crime.
The Office takes an aggressive approach to prosecution and the protection of our community.
Minimum Requirements:
Education/Training: J.
D.
from an accredited law school, general civil litigation experience.
Must be admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar and be in good standing.
The ideal candidate will have five (5) years or more prosecution experience, to include appearing as lead counsel in multiple jury trials.

The responsibilities of the position can include prosecuting many varying types of cases, to include drug crimes, violent crimes of all types, and homicide cases.
