We're seeking a lawyer-focused Paralegal to support the two attorneys in our firm.
We are looking for an organized, multitasking professional who is passionate about supporting lawyers in their work and maintaining the best possible workflow for the team, being a team player.
We are hiring a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to create documentation and maintain case files, outlining cases, meeting with clients, analyzing data and communicating with co-workers, supervisors, other attorneys and court personnel in a professional manner under the direction of the attorneys and keeping with the professional legal policies of our firm.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing, Processing and filing documents.
* Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
* Meeting with clients and preparing discovery responses timely and accurately.
* Assisting with trial preparation.
* Assisting attorneys as needed.
* Docketing calendar proficiently and accurately.
* Working closely with Supervisor.
* Working as a team with attorneys and other office personnel.
* Keeping attorneys informed.
* Seeking advice of attorneys.
* Maintaining the confidentiality of the law firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.
00 - $15.
00 per hour
