Legal Assistant/Negotiator

American Litigation Law Group, PLLC was established in 2016 to fill a need in the debt management industry; however, we are NOT a debt management company.
We are a full-service law firm that skillfully addresses the specific needs of select Debt Management Companies (DMCs) seeking cost-effective resolution of client debts.
Our approach involves innovative billing structures and secured-data-driven strategies implemented through custom automated systems.
Assists with negotiations to settle non-lit credit card accounts; speaks with clients updating them as to the status of the negotiations; speaks to credit card companies in order to negotiate a resolution for non-lit accounts; works with the team to strategize settlements for clients; notes all calls and statutes on CRM; legal experience not required, but somewhat helpful, computer and customer service skills are a must.
The position requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.
