Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, calendar management, and customer service.

Duties:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with document retrieval and filing
- Manage calendars and appointments
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and directing calls

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Experience:
- Self-Motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is beneficial
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
