Seeking a bicycle or escooter to borrow or buy over time (Norman)

Hello fellow earthlings, as I'm sure many of you are struggling, my partner and I have also recently fallen on hard times.
We have recently lost our vehicle.
I'm wondering if anyone out there has a bicycle, scooter, escooter or something along these lines that they are either willing to barter, loan, trade, rent or allow us to make payments towards.
Struggling to even get work because of this lack of mobility.
My partner is an HVAc journeyman and will happily barter any sort of maintenance or HVAC services you need.
