Part-time Science Instructors/Presenters (Norman, Moore and Oklahoma city areas)
Mad Science provides science education and entertainment to children from preschool through 6th grade.
We are currently looking for the best of the best to join our team of outstanding instructors/presenters for our SPRING and SUMMER 2024 programs.

_You MUST enjoy working with groups of children, or have had experience working with children, and have a dependable car.
You have to be a highly energetic, reliable, personable individual with a desire to make learning FUN! Previous teaching experience is a BIG PLUS.
Some hours during the weekends.
A degree in any area of Science or Education or perhaps Theater is a BIG advantage.
College students working towards a Science or Education degree are very welcome.
We train you and provide all materials.

_This is a part time job.
This position works well for someone who has another job that allows flexibility in hours.
We will work around your current work or school schedule.

_WHERE programs are held: mostly in the Norman, Moore, OKC and Tulsa metro areas in schools, libraries, daycare centers, churches, parks and recreation centers, and homes.
We also bring programs to cities and towns outside of the metro.
_
_PAY: Initial pay is $25 per one hour program (single presentation).
Pay is $35 program hour, with some teaching experience.
Pay increase with excellent performance after 1 or 2 semesters.
Multiple programs such as booths, workshops and camps are paid between $16-18 per program hour.
Travel mileage assistance and perdiem available dependent upon location of delivery.
