Live in dog sitter for Miniature German Shepherd (Shawnee)

I am looking for someone (female preferred) that can live at my house while I'm away on business that is good with pets and can watch and take care of my dog.
He's 14 weeks old, house trained, very loving and likes to play.
If you can provide additional training for him even better.
If you have a job that's fine, he's crate trained while you're away.
Prefer well behaved, perhaps a college student, no partying and responsible.
It would normally be M-F, sometimes less, on rare occasions longer.
