CCE Support Specialists will address York’s most prominent customers' daily needs to provide top-of-the-line service for the most significant revenue drivers.
Helping drive best in the industry service, this position is fully responsible for the complete satisfaction of all York CCE Dealers.
How you will do it: Support sales channel by efficiently and effectively resolving all CCE Dealer concerns.
Build a strong business relationship with all CCE Dealers.
Create permanent processes that ensure York is easy to do business with for CCE Dealers.
Find solutions to unresolved issues including but not limited to, pricing, quality, warranty, accounts payable, credit and marketing.
Continuous communication with the Warranty Department, Technical Support, Credit Department, Store Management, Sales Management and Account Managers is required.
Record all customer interactions utilizing approved CRM tool.
Work with Sales Management to organize and coordinate Dealer Advisory Councils (DAC) assisting with meeting set-up, attendance, and agenda topics.
Support the specification and development of new products & accessories based on customer needs, in line with JCI’s overall product strategy.
Establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to enhance the ability to quickly resolve ongoing CCE Dealer concerns.
Identify ways to foresee future problems to quickly eliminate the potential for dissatisfaction.
What we look for Strong Service and Support temperament.
Bachelor’s degree in business, or comparable service experience.
Minimum 1-2 years’ sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Robust business and management skills.
Proficiency in managing multi-task projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
