As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in our customer service department and serve as the remote receptionist and scheduling assistant, essential for the smooth functioning of our US-wide franchise locations.
Your main task will be scheduling sales appointments for our sales teams across the network.
You'll play a vital part in facilitating communication between franchises/dealerships and Ram Jack corporate headquarters, ensuring efficient business operations.
Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, both written and verbal Set sales appointments for customers Provide follow-up calls and emails for both new and existing clients as needed Maintain information in customer relationship management software (CRM) Perform other duties as assigned Supervision Received and Exercised: Supervision is received from the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor but must be able to work with minimal supervision.
