We are looking for friendly, reliable people to be a part of our Walden Cleaners Customer Service Team.
We are a small, local, family-owned business in our 88th year of service.
We are hiring for two different shifts.
The shift will be a set shift - employees will work either the morning opening shift or the afternoon closing shift, not a flexible schedule.
Applicants must be able to work one of the following shifts:
Opening Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM until 1 PM, and every other Saturday from 8:15 AM until 2:15 PM.
OR
Closing Shift: Monday through Friday, 1 PM until 6:45 PM, and every other Saturday from 8:15 AM until 2:15 PM.
Dress Code: All employees are required to dress appropriately for in-person, professional, customer service business, such as business casual or dressy casual attire, no athletic wear.
Closed-toe shoes are required.
Job Requirements:

Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
Must be punctual – tardiness is not an option
Be dependable – come to work as scheduled, provide consistent service for customers
Have good electronic tablet and app skills
Be able to handle money correctly; make change, count cash drawer, fill-out personal checks, and process credit card transactions
Be able to multi-task with prioritized tasks and helping customers
Good with details – pay attention to details, take note of small details per customer’s request
Good, positive communications skills with customers, co-workers, and management
Good teamwork skills
Able to self-motivate and work alone
Have a strong, positive work ethic – a desire to be at work and do the job well.
