Diet Office Clerk/Call Center Operator - Part Time

Responsibilities: Responsible for working in a high volume call center assisting patients with their meal choices and having excellent phone ettiquette.
Providing high quality customer service while maintaining and operating the computer system for patient meal selection preparations.
Ensuring diet orders are correct.
Qualifications: Education High school education or the equivalent GED.
Knowledge of modified diets preferred.
Preferred computer skills.
Experience Prefer six(6) months experience in a hospital food service department working with special diets.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of eductaion and experience).
Licensure/Certification Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health Dept.
before hire (or within one (1) week of hire).
Compensation/Benefits $10.
44-$17.
05/hr depending on previous work experience.
