We are currently looking for a Full Time FSIM CAD and Revit Drafter to join our GIS Facility Planning team located at the Carl Albert Service Center working .
Summary:
FSIM CAD and Revit Drafter is responsible for the conceptual design of various project types throughout the Chickasaw Nation as a part of a collaborative team.
This qualified professional utilizes technical knowledge in architecture and interior design to develop creative design solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts
* Prepares proposals and presents solutions to the client at regular design development milestones
* Manages multiple projects, determines scope of work, prepares strategic plans and design development schedules.
* Serves as the primary client liaison.
* Performs analyses of design layouts.
* Researches and analyzes data relevant to unique building types and uses.
* Collaborates with team and utilizes point cloud data to analyze site for conceptual requests and assists as needed with the documentation of Chickasaw Nation facilities.
* Develops and maintains policies, procedures, workflow, and design standards for drafting and document production.
* Collaborates with other departments for site and survey data collection, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumping) layouts, and integrates with related disciplines as needed.
* Continually reviews current processes to identify potential improvements and efficiencies as industry related equipment or technologies advance.
* Collaborates with other departments as permissible, to augment or update documentation of facilities.
