Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; others may be assigned:
· Improve work methods and tooling
· Report any safety problems to management
· Follow all environmental, health and safety policies
· Keep work area clean and orderly
· Manage own time efficiently
· Evaluate self work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards
· Resolve customer complaints or answer customer questions regarding policies.
· Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.
· Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
· Analyze documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
· Work with Business Development during the proposal process to establish pricing
· Analyze warranty costs and report to management
· Set up cost monitoring
· Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
· Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
· Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
· Run cost utilities
· Perform weekly progress report
· Analyze parts that are less than 10% GM and give reasoning
· Verify proper classifications are given to warranty work orders
· Preform warranty costs
· Update standard costs
· Verify WIP closed work orders and closed out
· Preform R&I calculations
· Analyze warranty reserve
· Analyze obsolete inventory
· Report metrics and financial data for management review
· SQL Experience
· Microsoft Excel experience
· Microsoft VBA experience
· Read and answer email on a continuous basis.
· Advance use of Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
· Advance use of visual MRP system
· Intermediate use of Microsoft Word
· Wearing the proper safety equipment
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5 years of accounting experience.

Requirements:
Manufacturing ERP experience, with a thorough understanding of MRP, BOM’s, & Product Costing
Experience using Microsoft Office products - Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Deep understanding of relational databases
