Overview: I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Lodge in northeast Norman starting December 1, 2023.
The cost is $428 per month (which includes wifi), plus $60-80 in utilities on average.
You would have a private bedroom and bathroom, with shared kitchen, living room, and balcony.
Details: *Open to all genders.
There is an option to transfer the lease to an all men's unit.
*Pets are accepted.
My current roommate has a sweet huskie mix.
*December 1 is the ideal move in date.
Late November or early January can also work.
*This is not a sublease: I would sign the lease over to you.
*Campus lodge would background check and approve you as a renter.
*Second floor unit.
*The bathroom has a standing shower only, with no bathtub.
*The lease ends at the end of July 2023.
You can renew it if desired.
