Under direction, the Admin/Fin Coord provides operational, administrative, and budgeting assistance for project managers and field staff.
Will perform a variety of administrative duties such as file record maintenance, typing, preparing reports, conducting correspondence, distributing information, computation, managing office procedures and performs nonroutine support duties.
Coordinates and carries out projects or assignments requiring initiative and independent action.
Maintains and reconciles expenditures and generates detailed budget reports.
Provides logistical services in support of operations of the program and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field.
Required Experience: None
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.

Working knowledge of office procedures

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
